By using NextArc (nextarc.tv) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What NextArc is

NextArc shows anime release schedules: countdowns, air dates, and streaming availability. The information comes from public sources, mainly AniList, and schedules change. We work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it, so treat air times as a best current answer rather than a promise.

Your account

Accounts are created by signing in with Google or Discord. You are responsible for the provider account you sign in with. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• disrupt, overload, or attempt to break the service;
• bypass security measures or rate limits;
• scrape the site in bulk (AniList offers a public API for show data);
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Content and ownership

Anime titles, artwork, and air data belong to their respective rights holders and reach us through AniList's public API. NextArc claims no ownership of them. Your watchlist is yours; you give us permission to store it so the service works.

Availability

NextArc is an independent project provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be discontinued.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextArc is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including missed episodes, schedule changes, or service interruptions.

Ending things

You can stop using NextArc at any time and can have your account deleted by emailing privacy@nextarc.tv. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
